PESCARA TANGO FESTIVAL 2026
The associations Calesita, Entre Dos and Bruno y Ale invite you to the Pescara Tango Festival. The new edition hosts, in the hall of the Tango Club of Montesilvano, the masters Joe Corbata and Lucila Cionci, Claudio Gonzalez and Marcela Vespasiano, Manuel Bianchi and Michela Elicio.
Milongas with Tj Riccardo Bossi, Super Sabino and Alessandro Parascandalo, beginner, intermediate and advanced level lessons.
ARTISTS
JOE CORBATA and LUCILA CIONCI
Their dance is characterized by great plasticity, innovative choreographic elements and a personal way of improvising. Their teaching philosophy is based on energy levels, musicality and comfort, concepts that are immediately applicable on the dance floor. Their good mood ensures greater learning and is the basis of their lessons.
CLAUDIO GONZALEZ and MARCELA VESPASIANO
Dancer in the most prestigious companies, Claudio Gonzalez is a teacher, choreographer and dancer of great scenic power, with training in contemporary, classical, jazz and performing arts techniques.Winner of the Mundial de Buenos Aires 2004, Tango Escenario category, Marcela Vespasiano performs as a dancer in the main international shows and festivals and works in the main tango companies such as "Tanguera" and "Tangox2".
Manuel Bianchi and Michela Elicio
In 2024, they were Italian Champions in both categories (Pista and Escenario), third place at the European Championships in the Tango Escenario category, and semi-finalists again at the Buenos Aires World Championships in the Tango de Pista and Escenario categories.They dance in the show and related company Rojo Tango under the artistic direction of maestros Simone Facchini and Gioia Abbale.
They are dancers in the international theater production "We Call It Tango," with which they perform in Italy and Europe.
